Le Raisin et l'Ange — Pause Canon Rouge
A real fruitjuice for adults! Et glou et glou et glou.. The first Canon (what’s in a name, right?) of Antonin Azzoni's range at Domaine Le Raisin & l'Ange is a nice blend made from 70% Gamay and 30 % Merlot in carbonic maceration, vinified without any input or sulphites. Very round and addictive! This is a bottle that will be finished in no time.
Donati Camillo — Malvasia Pet Nat
This (awesome!) grape variety is called, in full, ‘Malvasia Aromatica di Candia’; as the name suggests, it comes from Crete, it’s one of the oldest and most aromatic grape varieties in the world. Until 30 to 50 years ago it was vinified only as a sweet wine, today it has been found that even in dry form it gives excellent results. Try it!
Straw yellow in color, very fragrant and with the unmistakable bitter aftertaste (a peculiar characteristic of the grape), it is a very powerful wine, both in the aroma and in the mouth. Thanks Donati for this one!
Alba De Vetus — Rias Baixas Albarinho
The Rias Baixas appellation is a neighbor of the Portuguese Vinho Verde region and they share certain similarities, particularly the use of the Albarino grape. This wine stands out with its style that combines both green and riper flavors, which are also manifested in a full texture. Try it with our Kanon oysters!
