At ’t Kanon we’re constantly on the look-out for new wine cellars, amazing brewers, distillers, roasters and other passionate people to collaborate with. On that journey we often stumble upon new, exciting, rare or undiscovered gems.
With all that enthusiasm we couldn’t resist to make our own Kanon creations!
Cuvée Mission ‘t Kanon
Cuvée Osterreich — a very light and juicy cooled red wine! Crafted from Austria’s finest grapes, including Zweigelt, Grüner Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller, St. Laurent, and Blauer Portugeser. This blend embodies the essence of elegance and flavour. Super fruity and perfect terrace material.

Mission ‘t Kanon Barrel Aged Ale
Our own sour beer — on tap!
Prepare yourselves for an explosive ride; this beer is an energizing blend of our own house culture (we call it the ‘Ghentoise method’) that spent 1,5 years aging in sherry barrels. We’ve added a secret sauce: 2-year-old lambic aged in Pinot Noir Burgundy barrels, giving it a divine touch. And to top it off, we infused the blend with the zesty spirit of lemon verbena. Talk about flavor fireworks. Once the beer completed its journey of secondary fermentation in the cask, it emerged triumphant and ready to be unleashed upon your taste buds. Brace yourselves for an explosion of unique flavors.

Mission ‘t Kanon Hot Sauce
The perfect sauce for all summer meals — and cocktails! Together with SWET we made our very own hot sauce, a little fun now and then didn’t hurt anybody, right? It’s made with the best (we promise) Moroccan watermelons (80kg for 1000 bottles), which we boiled for several hours to a syrup-like structure. Blended together with fresh Brussels habanero peppers and very sour summer lemons. Yum! Try it on our oysters! Get yours at ‘t Kanon.
