YOUR NEW FAVOURITE
WINE IS WAITING.

Every month, a few bottles earn a soft spot in our hearts (and on your table).
They live in the little wine cabinet outside — ever-changing, slightly rebellious, and never boring.
Scan the QR, follow your curiosity, and taste something new.

Splash Pet-Nat — Vincent Alexis

A bottle that doesn’t quite sit still. This is pet-nat in its purest mood. Fine bubbles, a little wild around the edges.
It smells like green apple, citrus peel, and a hint of fresh bread just out of the oven. Brioche vibes!
The first sip is lively, almost electric, then it settles into something softer, more rounded. A touch of haze, a touch of funk, nothing too polished.

Bourgogne Blanc 2022 — Julien Altaber (Sextant)

Chardonnay, but stripped back. No heavy hand, no makeup. Just clean fruit and a quiet sense of place.
It opens on lemon zest, white flowers, and a subtle nuttiness that creeps in with air. On the palate it’s tight at first, then slowly widens.
There’s a gentle creaminess, balanced by a fresh, chalky line that keeps everything in check.

Beaujolais-Villages 2023 — Romuald Valot

Gamay with a pulse. Bright, juicy, and just a little bit untamed.
It smells like crushed strawberries and cherries. The texture is light but not thin. A soft grip on the finish, just enough to remind you it’s wine, not juice.
Serve it a touch cool and it really starts to sing.
Fresh, vibrant, and made for long tables and full glasses.
